We are looking for a skilled Natural Language Processing Algorithm Engineer to join our contractor network on a project basis.

Responsibilities | What You’ll Do

  • Natural Language Processing Algorithm Engineer
  • Solve a project on one's own by applying appropriate algorithms to given tasks.
  • Optimize code performance and integrate AI models where applicable.
  • Contribute to technical discussions and decision-making to ensure high-quality AI model development.
  • Deliver high-quality code within agreed project timelines and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications | What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of professional experience in software development or AI-related projects.
  • Experience with AI applications, SaaS platforms, automation tools, or web development is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in leading architecture like BERT, Roberta
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API).
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills for technical discussions and collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and work efficiently under deadlines.
