DEI&B Intern

Summary: 

OneDigital is looking for a rising college Junior or Senior to intern with our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B) team! Being a part of our JUMPSTART Internship program will give you hands-on experience at one of the nation’s fastest growing strategic advisory firms. The paid JUMPSTART Internship Program will expose interns to all facets of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. You will have the opportunity to help our people do their best work while they live their best life, by helping to build employee engagement initiatives that foster an inclusive environment. As a part of our larger People & Culture Team, you will need to be highly collaborative, as the DEI&B team partners closely with our Internal Communications team and our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). If you are ready to do “the Heart work” that building a strong culture entails but feels like you may not meet all the requirements, we still encourage you to apply!  

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):  

Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of Corporate DEI&B campaigns. 

Support the production of The Many Voices the Podcast and newsletter.  

Partner closely with our Employee Resource and Affinity groups, as well as our Local DEI&B committees. 

Design ERG marketing campaigns for our PulseNet intranet, local offices, and social media. 

Maintain the DEI&B Pulse net page and the DEI&B calendar. 

Coordinate the ERGs data collection process for reporting to Senior Leadership.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: 

A true passion and commitment to the principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.  

Excellent organizational skills to successfully liaise with multiple partners in the organization.  

The desire to be a continuous learner and the willingness to model inclusive leadership traits.  

The ability to work independently in a remote-first environment to complete tasks in a timely manner. 

 

Education, Training and Experience: 

A rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
