
2025 Canon Insights Summer Internship Program - Sales Direct Intern
Canon Financial Services, Inc. is currently hiring for our 2025 Canon Insights Internship Program.

As an Intern at Canon Financial Services, Inc., you will be exposed to business, marketing, and strategy initiatives. You will be involved in projects that help you learn, develop business skills, and provide a meaningful contribution to Canon's business and goals. The Canon Insights Internship Program will give you access to various business units within Canon, as well as our key leaders.
- The Canon Insights Internship Program is a comprehensive summer program that will run from June 3, 2025 - August 6, 2025.
- It is a full time (8:30AM-5PM) schedule, based on a 37.5-hour workweek, and is a paid internship.
- Interns are required to come to the office 2 out of 5 days a week (Tuesday & Wednesday), 3 days remote.
Your Impact
This program is designed to provide undergraduate students with an opportunity to gain hands-on work experience by participating in significant work projects, training, meetings, presentations, and activities.
The intern will be responsible for the following:
- Position includes providing general support for our Sales Support team.
- Learn a variety of tasks related to Canon/CFS Sales Support.
- Process lease applications, create lease agreements provide general sales support telephone coverage.
- Work closely with the Sales Support team to learn best practices and provide excellent service to our dealers and customers.
- Individually send emails and place telephone calls to select Dealers, Prospects, Lease Applicants and Customers to share CFS value proposition and learn those types of business activities.
- Share responsibility to attend to group email boxes in order to enter applications, process emails through to CFS departments, such as Documentation, Customer Service and Pricing
- Attend meetings with team members and management to coordinate and share activities, new learnings and project updates and review results.
- Gain expertise to learn and use CFS internal systems such as Nexus and Leasewave
- Work with Sales Support for education purposes, learn the lease process, common questions and answers. Research questions internally with team members and provide timely responses back to dealers and customers.
- Collaborate and interface with team members for clarification or to escalate necessary tasks swiftly and efficiently.
- Participate in cross-training initiatives, assist by updating existing department training guide, using personal notes as the basis for input for training guide content.
- Work as part of a fast-paced team within Canon Financial Services.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
We prefer students that are entering their Junior or Senior year as of the Summer 2025, however, all are welcome to apply. To succeed in the Insights Program, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We also require candidates to be enrolled in a related major in the department of interest and have some former work or internship experience.

We are providing the anticipated rate for this role: $20.00 hourly.
