We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical expertise in handling large datasets, developing data models, and building insightful reports. This role requires proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and programming languages for data manipulation. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
 Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business decisions.
 Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines.
 Design and implement data models to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities.
 Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
 Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to ensure data integrity.
 Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
 Implement automation for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
 Collaborate with data engineers and developers to improve data structures and efficiency.
 Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques for predictive analytics.
 Document data processes, reports, and best practices for scalability and reusability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
 5+ years of experience in data analysis, development, and business intelligence reporting.
 Expertise in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
 Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
 Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis.
 Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development.
 Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
 Ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
 Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
 Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
