District Office Internship Program with Congresswoman Julie Johnson

Program Overview: The Office of Congresswoman Julie Johnson is excited to offer an internship program for college students and recent graduates. This is a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience working in a congressional district office. Interns will support the office's legislative efforts, assist with community outreach, and develop professional skills by collaborating with staff on meaningful projects. This is not a D.C. Internship.

Internship Sessions:

• Spring: March 24th, 2025 – April 25th, 2025
• Summer: June 10th, 2025 – July 19th, 2025
• Fall: October 28th, 2025 – December 6th, 2025

Eligibility:

• College students and recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Internship Benefits:

• Work closely with congressional staff and gain insight into the political process.
• Assist with community outreach and legislative work.
• Build valuable professional skills while making a tangible impact in your community.
• College Credit available.
• Stipends are available for those who cannot receive financial support from their college or university.
