Computer Technician

A Hardware and Network Support Organization is seeking a Computer Technician to provide Onsite and Remote support to our dental office clients. This role will troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to our customers’ entire office IT infrastructure including Desktop, Servers, Networking, VOIP Phones, Digital Imaging Equipment, and Practice Management Software. Excellent phone skills and customer service are required. No application will be considered complete unless all requirements are satisfied.

  • 2+ years’ experience or equivalent degree or certification path of hands-on networking support and troubleshooting
  • 4+ years Excellent customer service skills
  • 2+ years’ experience or equivalent degree or certification path Windows Server Administration - Terminal Services, Active Directory, Group Policy (Preferred but not required) 
  • 2+ years’ experience or equivalent degree or certification path LAN, WAN and Wireless technology support (Preferred but not required)
  • 2+ years’ experience or equivalent degree or certification path network Printing support
  • 3+ years’ experience or equivalent degree or certification path Solving problems onsite and remote through Remote Access tools (Preferred but not required)
  • The work environment can be very fast paced. Must be able to keep up with customer requests and resolve in an efficient and time appropriate manner.

To start, you will be on a 90-day probation period. The job is 25 hours per week and $25 per hour. Two shifts are available one is 8:00am – 1pm & 12pm – 5pm. Two weeks Sick/PTO.  Hours are accrued for one hour for every 30 hours worked. A $200 monthly gas Car/Gas/Maintenance stipend is provided the job is remote and onsite.  must live in Colorado Metro Area. Must have a stable internet connection that has enough bandwidth to work remotely on multiple devices at once. You must be able to use your own laptop or desktop to access CRM, Ticketing system etc.
