Full-Time Permanent Specialist for Materials Resource Management
This is a 12-month full-time position which will involve day and some evening and weekend work. The incumbent is
responsible for coordinating all aspects of Emergency Medical Technician, Emergency Medical Dispatch, American Heart
Association classes, and Continuing Education Emergency Medical Science classes.
Schedule classes; hire and supervise Continuing Education instructors; act as AHA Training Center coordinator; evaluate
and improve program quality; advertise courses; administer logistical class needs; budget for supplies, travel, and
professional development; act as an Emergency Medical Science representative to partner agencies; verifying and recredentialing
EMT personnel affiliated with community providers; act as College representative for Onslow County- Camp
Lejeune EMS System Plan committees; advising of students; complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely
manner.
Working hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. {occasional nights and weekends)
Salary: $3,120.00 per month with final salary determination based upon education and experience.
Closing Date: March 16, 2025, or open until filled.
Start Date: April 15, 2025.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent, required. Two years' experience delivering clerical support, excellent oral and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, required. Experience with Adobe In-Design and Colleague, preferred. Associate Degree, preferred.
