Position Overview:
As a Facilities Services Technician, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and designing office layouts, managing furniture realignments, and ensuring efficient use of office space. You will work closely with supervisors, vendors, and contractors to maintain a well-organized and functional workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate office space assignments and furniture reconfigurations
  • Develop and update Computer Assisted Drawings (CAD) for office layouts
  • Manage furniture inventory and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Collaborate with supervisors to anticipate future office space needs

 

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE: Two years of progressively responsible experience performing interior facilities services design.

SUBSTITUTION: Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate of Arts degree or successful completion of a two-year certificated college program in Industrial Design Drafting, Architecture, or a related field may be substituted for one year of the required experience.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: $61,234.22 - $84,991.55 annually
  • Full-time position with competitive benefits
