What We Are Looking For

We are looking for two Logistics and Sales Support Interns to assist our team in managing logistics operations and providing support to the Sales department. This internship offers hands-on experience in supply chain coordination, order processing, and customer service while developing essential business skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Manage shipment coordination by tracking deliveries, updating records, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Facilitate clear communication between customers, vendors, and warehouse teams to guarantee on-time deliveries
  • Proactively identify and resolve logistical challenges in collaboration with the team to maintain smooth operations
  • Process and follow up on sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Maintain customer records, update databases, and prepare reports as needed
  • Support customer inquiries by providing order status updates and general assistant
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • macOS experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

 

Working Conditions

The intern must be able to work 35-40 hours minimum a week with a flexible schedule. Early evening and weekend work may be required. The internship will run from mid-May through mid-July, although opportunities may exist beyond this date
