Position Overview
Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teaching Assistants support Lead Teachers in providing high-quality care and education for children ranging from infants through 4K. Our center is a child-initiated, play-based learning environment that emphasizes safety, respect, and meaningful engagement.
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will:
Supervise and support children in daily routines and learning activities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
Partner with staff and families to support children’s growth and development.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
Document children’s routines and activities as needed.
Communicate with families and staff in a professional, supportive manner.
Position Details
Commitment: 2–5 days per week (10–25 hours/week) during the academic year.
Summer: Up to 40 hours/week available.
Hours of operation: 7:15 AM – 5:30 PM (schedules are flexible).
No prior experience required — comprehensive training and orientation provided.
