Business Analyst Consultant Intern

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in serving as a point of contact between customers and developers for automation projects.
  • Support customers by gathering information and providing insights under guidance.
  • Help in creating business cases and ROI documentation for automation projects.
  • Work closely with developers to capture customer requirements for automation solutions.
  • Learn about intelligent automation tools and solutions to better understand capabilities.
  • Assist in tracking automation project metrics and financial projections.
  • Help facilitate email communications with clients.
  • Contribute to maintaining high client satisfaction by ensuring quality and value.
  • Support sales and business teams in assessing project complexity and effort estimation.

 

What You Will Bring:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Interest in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Quality Assurance.
  • Exposure to or willingness to learn RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
