INTERNSHIP START DATES:
Group 1: May 19th-August 8th
Group 2: June 2nd-August 22nd
Group 3: June 16th-September 5th

ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing Associate Intern to join our dynamic marketing team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, eager to learn, organized, and able to pivot from task to task with a sense of urgency.

This position will be crucial in helping support the field marketing team at a tactical level, with many admin tasks necessary to enable sales. You’ll support the field marketing team with data management & accuracy, project & administrative support and event coordination & logistics. You’ll manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR IMPACT: In this role, you will support the Field Marketing team by taking on the following responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Accuracy: Enter, update, and maintain marketing data in CRM systems and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy for event attendees, campaigns, and leads.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Create reports and dashboards to track key metrics, support ad-hoc analysis requests, and inform marketing strategies.
  • Event Coordination & Logistics: Support logistics for virtual and in-person events, manage event registration, and track post-event follow-ups and inventory.
  • Internal Communications: Draft and distribute internal updates, including event recaps and newsletters, to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between field marketing, sales, and product marketing to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Project & Administrative Support: Assist with project documentation, maintain trackers, and provide administrative support for meetings, scheduling, and budget tracking.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current Junior, Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong desire to learn, proactive attitude, and open to feedback.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to pivot from task to task.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management is a plus.
  • Ability to draft and distribute internal communications effectively.
  • Familiarity with event coordination and logistics is a bonus.
  • Ability to assist with project documentation and administrative support tasks.


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in marketing or event management is a plus.
  • Experience with Splash is a bonus.
  • Previous experience working with or managing external vendors.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment.
