We create engaging travel content across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, and continuously seek innovative ways to expand our reach and sustain our business. We are looking for a highly motivated Innovation & Growth Intern to help us develop new strategies, optimize revenue streams, and drive brand expansion.
 

Position Overview:
 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and schedule 10 pieces of branded social media content per week using Canva and our brand guidelines.
  • Assist in developing and sending out two email newsletters every month to a subscriber list of 5,000.
  • Conduct research on competitor brands and summarize findings into a report.
  • Monitor weekly analytics for all active campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
  • Maintain and update the Content Calendar to ensure timely execution of posts and campaigns.
  • Assist in promoting key events, advertiser shout-outs, and product features.
  • Manage and schedule content for issue launches and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure all content remains visually appealing and consistent with Chubby Diaries’ values.

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic design, visual communications or related field.
  • Strong skills in tools such as Canva, adobe spark or adobe lightroom.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
