Parking Compliance Short-Term Worker

Position Summary

The primary responsibility of an employee in this role is to ensure compliance with parking laws and ordinances while also educating the public on relevant regulations, appeals processes, and enforcement policies. Serving as an ambassador for the Bozeman community, this position provides information on parking options, payment technology, and general city services, helping to enhance the overall experience for residents and visitors alike.  

This position is 40 hours/week for the duration of the summer! The schedule will be flexible according to the candidate's availability, but at least one weekend day availability is preferrable.

Bargaining Unit: None
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Length of Season: 90 days or 520 hours, whichever comes first

 

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Customer service experience;
  • The nature of this position requires the ability to respond quickly, work safely, and spend the majority of the day outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Valid Driver’s License is required.
