What You’ll Do

• Travel across North America (80%-90%), primarily Monday-Friday, to install, service, and troubleshoot Erowa automation equipment and software solutions at customer sites.
• Almost always home on weekends unless you choose to stay where you are.
• In cases where it makes sense for the company for you to stay, Erowa may cover your weekend hotel and food expenses.
• Work with electrical, mechanical, and software systems, with a strong emphasis on electrical troubleshooting and reading schematics.
• Train customers and provide technical support to ensure they get the most out of their Erowa equipment.
• Manage your own travel and scheduling to arrive at customer sites on time and ready to work.
• Travel to Switzerland for training at our factory during your first year and periodically afterward as new products are introduced.
• Represent Erowa with professionalism, expertise, and a passion for high-tech automation.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Technical Knowledge – Background in electrical, mechanical, and software systems (with an emphasis on electrical). Ability to read schematics is a must!
✅ Independent & Reliable – You’ll often be the only Erowa representative on-site, so we need someone who can work independently and solve problems on the fly.
✅ Comfortable Traveling Solo – You’ll be on the road most of the time, working in different cities across North America.
✅ Customer-Oriented – Strong communication and troubleshooting skills to assist customers effectively.
✅ Experience in CNC Automation or Industrial Robotics – Preferred but not required.
✅ Location Flexibility – You can live anywhere in the continental U.S. as long as you are within an hour of a major airport for frequent travel.
