About Us: We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Video Creator/ 2D animator/ Graphic Designer In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging and informative training and onboarding videos using Canva and other animation platforms.

Responsibilities:

Create and design training and onboarding videos with animations, graphics, and text.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand training needs and objectives.

Develop scripts, storyboards, and video content that aligns with the company's branding and messaging.

Utilize Canva and other animation platforms to create visually appealing and engaging videos.

Ensure all video content is clear, concise, and effectively communicates key information.

Edit and finalize videos, incorporating feedback from team members and stakeholders.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video creation and animation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in creating training and onboarding videos, preferably using Canva and other 2d/ 3d animation platforms.

Strong creative and design skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in video editing software and animation tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

A portfolio of previous video projects is highly desirable.

Experience as a graphic Designer

Preferred Skills:

Experience in instructional design, 2D animation, graphic design etc

Knowledge of graphic design principles and best practices.

Familiarity with other video creation tools and platforms.
