CoDream is an incubator focused on creating projects that can make the world a better place—while making money. We’re looking for a Software and App Development Intern who is passionate about coding, rapid iteration, and launching impactful software products. You’ll be part of a hands-on, collaborative team, working alongside engineers, designers, and entrepreneurs to build apps, platforms, and digital tools that don’t just exist as ideas—they get shipped.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Develop web and mobile applications that bring incubator ideas to life.
  • Write clean, efficient code using Python, JavaScript, Swift, Flutter, React Native, and other modern frameworks.
  • Collaborate with designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Work with APIs and databases like Firebase, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB to build functional and scalable backends.
  • Debug, test, and iterate on features quickly—speed and adaptability are key.
  • Contribute to team discussions on product direction, architecture, and technical feasibility.
  • Participate in hackathon-style sprints, experimenting with new ideas in a fast-moving environment.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Strong experience with at least one of the following: Python, JavaScript (React, Node.js), Swift, Flutter.
  • Familiarity with Git, version control, and modern development workflows.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs, databases, and cloud services (Firebase, AWS, GCP).
  • Interest in rapid prototyping, MVP development, and startup-style iteration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical ideas clearly.
  • Passion for building real-world applications—we don’t do busy work.

 

Bonus Points

 

  • Experience with machine learning, AI tools, or computer vision.
  • Frontend skills with TypeScript, Next.js, or TailwindCSS.
  • Any past projects where you shipped a real app or website.
