About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Chief Media Production & Event Support – Executive & Personal Assistant to provide top-tier administrative, creative, and production support to the Founding Chief of Community Development & Founding Ambassador & Executive Producer~Director~Host:

Key Responsibilities:
Media Production & Event Coordination:
- Oversee & Produce. Pre-production, production, and post-production of polished, high-quality media content, including video clips and social media materials.
- Assist in organizing and executing live and virtual events, ensuring smooth operations including distribution.
- Collaborate with creative teams, ie celebrities, social influencers etc, editors, and vendors to bring content ideas to life.
~EVENT & ACTIVATIONS Producing
Executive & Personal Support:
- Manage and coordinate business and personal calendars, scheduling meetings, shoots, events, and appointments seamlessly.
- Prioritize and optimize schedules, and productions for maximum efficiency and economy.
- Handle correspondence, travel arrangements, and occasional personal tasks.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communications, logistics, and executions.
Community Growth & Engagement:
- Manage and grow social media platforms by engaging with followers and creating captivating content.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase audience interaction and platform reach.
- Monitor trends and analytics to refine content and engagement strategies.
Creative & Fun Factor:
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to content creation, branding, and audience interaction.
- Work in a vibrant, collaborative environment where creativity is encouraged and valued.
