We prioritize professionalism and maintaining strong patient relationships. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Eastchester, NY.
As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve the physical well-being of our patients. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering high-quality services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical modalities.
- Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of New York.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- CPR certification.
- Knowledge of relevant technology and computer skills for record-keeping.
