We prioritize professionalism and maintaining strong patient relationships. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Eastchester, NY.

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve the physical well-being of our patients. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical modalities.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of New York.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of relevant technology and computer skills for record-keeping.
