Lake and Pond Technicians

LPB is seeking a qualified seasonal and full-time Aquatic Technicians to treat and maintain lakes, ponds, and other bodies of water for a variety of customers in the NW Indiana area. MUST possess a valid Indiana Driver’s License and College Degree with concentration in science and fisheries given preference. Ability to read and interpret herbicide labels, operating procedures, and safety rules. Possess good time management, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities Control of aquatic vegetation and algae, install fountains and fish stocking at established LPB accounts. Maintain communication with Homeowners Associations, Golf Courses, Apartments and other referral sources in the community to grow business. Highly motivated individual that works well on their own. Comfortable speaking with the customers to discuss their lake and pond needs. Working in the great outdoors with boats, four-wheel drive trucks, RTVs and other equipment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, outgoing and pleasant. Benefits Our 90-day training program with continued training on the job thereafter.
