PASBDC – Junior Financial Analyst
Run expense and budget SAP reports, conduct monthly payroll analysis, scan and save invoices on SharePoint for audit purposes, maintain and manage SharePoint site, update the student manual, assist with close out of federal and state grants, review tracking sheets for errors. Be familiar with and interface directly with specialty and federal programs including SSBCI, APEX, and Kutztown University Foundation. Perform financial analysis and assist with financial projections for grant burn rates, and assist in processing network invoices.
Maintenance of administrative financial records, and preparation of routine and special activity reports. Use on-line databases and various software applications such as Accufund, Trello, and Microsoft OneDrive or any other cloud-based storage or collaborative platform.
This position is for 20 hours/week of work (300 hours per semester), and it provides a tuition waiver for 9 graduate credits plus a stipend of $3,750 per semester. Please contact Juliet Njoroge for additional information if needed at njoroge@kutztown.edu.
