KUSBDC – AI Integration and Education Specialist
The AI Integration and Education Specialist will play a pivotal role in advancing the Kutztown University Small Business Development Center’s (KUSBDC) mission to empower clients with innovative tools and strategies. This position focuses on integrating AI solutions to help small businesses optimize operations, marketing, and customer engagement. The GA will develop cutting-edge educational materials, including guides, tutorials, and case studies, to illustrate AI applications across various industries.
The graduate assistant will also lead one-on-one consulting sessions with clients, tailoring AI solutions to their specific needs and providing actionable insights for implementation. Additionally, the GA will design and host workshops and webinars to educate the community and clients about AI opportunities, fostering an environment of learning and innovation.
Candidates should possess strong analytical and communication skills, a keen interest in AI applications, and a collaborative spirit. Prior experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, QuickBooks AI integrations) and a background in business, technology, or education is preferred but not required.
This position is for 20 hours/week of work (300 hours per semester), and it provides a tuition waiver for 9 graduate credits plus a stipend of $3,750 per semester. Please contact Rachael Wolfe for additional information if needed at rwolfe@kutztown.edu.
