This position serves as a M365 Senior DevOps Analyst providing a full range of information technology (IT) applications services such as planning, analyzing, evaluating, designing, developing, testing, and implementing assigned projects.
In this role you will serve as a team leader on complex projects, very large hardware/software deployments, and installations across multiple agencies and location.
In addition, you will provide professional user support for applications and environments and provide administration and oversight of enterprise-wide environments including, but not limited to, M365 and other assigned environments.

Essential Functions
- Under administrative direction, serves as a M365 Senior DevOps Analyst for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) providing a full range of information technology (IT) applications services, administering, planning, analyzing, evaluating, designing, developing, testing, and implementing assigned projects.
- Serves as team leader on complex projects while independently planning, developing, and implementing techniques for gathering interpreting data.
- Provides professional user support for applications and environments, as assigned.
- Provides administration and oversight of enterprise-wide environments including, but not limited to, all Microsoft 365 products, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, document management platforms, forms management platforms as assigned.
- Keeps abreast of new developments in the Information Technology (IT) field by continuing education through attending meetings, training sessions, seminars, and conferences to increase familiarity with and remain current on products, vendors, techniques, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college with course work in computer science or directly related fields.
- Requires three (3) years of professional experience in Application Services or a related Information Technology field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three (3) years of professional experience in application administration and development with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 Power Platform, Microsoft SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams.
- Three (3) years of professional experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Azure DevOps, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Service and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Three (3) years of professional experience with system development life cycle (SDLC) processes and programming capabilities.
- Three (3) years of professional experience in providing user support for applications and IT environments, including maintaining and enhancing systems, analyzing and recommending improvements to procedures and techniques.
- Ability to coordinate the activities of work associates to achieve desired results.
- Ability to perform on-line and batch application development/support and to apply systems analysis methodologies in the development and preparation of general design, detail design, and program specifications documentation.
- Ability to analyze data logically and exercise sound judgement in defining and evaluating problems of an operational or procedural nature.
- Developed verbal and written communication skills to present technical information to others with clarity and precision.
- Ability to gain and maintain effective working relationships with associates, vendors, clients and others.
