Account Executive(Event)

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Manager on event planning and operation arrangement
  • To assist and coordinate between design team, production team and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • To assist on tasks assigned by Account Manager such as preparing proposals, material and venue sourcing, internal documentation and other ad-hoc tasks
  • Be able to appoint at least one function module on an active site independently, and be an efficient executive member to ensure the successful completion of the activities

Requirements

  • Degree and Higher Diploma Holder
  • Prefer having 1- 2 years experience in the Event/ PR agency or other relative service industry
  • Good communication skills, medium spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Good time management skills, ability to work under multi-task pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in office software and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and attention to details
