Candidates who hold a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering but do not have a Bachelor's degree in the same field will not meet the client’s criteria and cannot be considered for this position.

About the Role:
We are seeking recent graduates (May or December 2024) with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering for an entry-level Industrial Engineer position. This role focuses on data analysis, process improvement, and performance optimization to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Analyze complex intake processes and identify inefficiencies
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
✔ Enhance Jira with tracking tools like Gantt charts and notifications
✔ Monitor KPI trends and optimize capacity planning

Required Skills:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Mandatory)
📊 Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills — including VBA/macros, pivot tables, complex formulas, and modeling, PowerPoint, SQL, Python, Power BI
🚀 Bonus Skills: Agile methodologies, Tableau, UAT experience
