Organization: HR 4 Your Small Biz, LLC
Location: HYBRID – Within Mercer County; periodic travel to events in the Tri-State area 
Internship Duration: 10 Weeks

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within HR consulting.
  • Develop a list of 50+ qualified leads in target industries and regions, focusing on small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Assist in creating and executing outreach strategies, including crafting professional emails, scripts, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, client interactions, and opportunities.
  • Support the development of marketing and sales materials, including brochures, proposals, and case studies.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare weekly reports for the leadership team.
  • Participate in team meetings to brainstorm strategies for revenue growth and client engagement.

Internship Details

  • Schedule: 15-20 hours per week.
  • Stipend: $20/hour.
  • Duration: 10 weeks (start date flexible).
  • Location: HYBRID –Within Mercer County; periodic travel to events in the Tri-State area 
  • Device(s) & Transportation: The intern must have a well-functioning laptop and cellphone as well as reliable transportation. Please note that interns who drive their vehicles are required to have a valid driver’s license.
