Athletics – Student/Athlete Development Graduate Assistant

Work in coordination with the Director of Athletics s to construct a long-term, student-athlete development program including, but not limited to, academic support, career development, diversity/equity/inclusion, community relations, and health and well-being. Provide oversight for programming and event planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of student-athlete development initiatives as well as staff development related to student-athlete support.   This position will work with the Student Athlete Advisory Committee to identify the needs of student-athletes and serve as a liaison between student-athletes and administration. 

This position is for 20 hours/week of work (300 hours per semester), and it provides a tuition waiver for 9 graduate credits plus a stipend of $3,750 per semester.  Please contact Elizabeth Fornauf for additional information if needed at fornauf@kutztown.edu.
