Process Engineering Technician

Job Summary:

Assists Engineer in the performance of his duties. Conducts specific work assignments on product and equipment design, process, and materials evaluation. Makes recommendations to Engineer.

What you will be doing:

Spend time on the floor and assists production in identifying and solving various processing issues.

Provides support on the floor to all Wirewound area as needed with coating being the primary focus area.

Works with the automation team on equipment improvements to improve yield and efficiencies of the production line.

Performs evaluations of materials, processes, designs, or equipment as specified by the engineer and makes recommendations as to actions to be taken.

Fabricates experimental jigs, fixtures and/or test equipment. Capable of operating and maintaining such equipment while performing assignments.

What you will bring along:

High School Diploma/GED

Two-year Electronics Degree required

Abilities in MS Office, Excel, Word, and other analytical and planning tools.

Possess strong analytic and statistic skills along with the ability to work independently.
