The GA is responsible for the duties outlined consistent with the values of hospitality, customer service, collegiality and the mission of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. The GA will conduct job responsibilities in a manner that supports an atmosphere fostering continuous improvement, diversity and is open to ensuring management of high quality customer service. Due to the need to be proactive and responsive to our clientele, this position requires basic benchmarking and/ or research of techniques and methods to improve our delivery of programs and services. We are looking to choose individuals that are willing to be open-minded, well-spoken, and self-driven within the position.

This position is for 20 hours/week of work (300 hours per semester), and it provides a tuition waiver for 9 graduate credits plus a stipend of $3,750  per semester.  Please contact Jason Garcia for additional information if needed at jgarcia@kutztown.edu.
