Sales Development Representative

Duties/ responsibilities:

he Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CUCollaborate, plays a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities. The individual will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and qualifying leads for our sales team. Must be passionate about sales, possess exceptional communication skills, and eager to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company in the credit union industry. The Sales Development Representative position at CUCollaborate is not for the faint of heart. This is a fast-paced position, with some pressure involved. Balancing consistency and quality while adhering to deadlines is a must. You will be working under the direction of the Head of Sales to assist in business development activities (primarily cold outreach) to help grow CUCollaborate’s Merger Network. Duties & responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers;
  • Creating & managing leads through the sales pipeline;
  • Daily activities include cold calling, emailing, video prospecting, LinkedIn messaging;
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external compliance regulations;
  • Comply with all company policies.

Required Skills:

  • Resourceful with exceptional communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar relevant field with 1 year of sales experience;
  • Credit Union experience a plus.

Compensation:

  • Base salary is $55K with OTE of $75K
