We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Editorial Administrative Intern to join our team!

This is a paid internship and incredible resume building opportunity!

We’re looking for an intern who can join our team soon and commit 20-40 hours per week, working remotely with a hybrid option available to join us in office in downtown Chicago!

During this internship, you’ll collaborate with our Editorial Team leaders to support our event agenda, digital content, and other offerings, helping to engage our audience in meaningful ways. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our editorial leadership team in an administrative capacity. This hands-on role offers exposure to content management, audience engagement, event coordination support and more while providing valuable experience in the fast-paced world of media and events.

Key Responsibilities Can Include:

  • Provide administrative support to editorial leadership, including scheduling, organizational support, and tracking deadlines.
  • Assist in compiling audience insights, managing email lists, and tracking engagement data.
  • Conduct research and fact-checking to support content development and editorial initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating virtual and live events, including recruiting speakers, responding to inquiries, and preparing materials.
  • Take notes during editorial meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Contribute fresh ideas for audience engagement, content strategy, and editorial projects.
