Position Overview: As an intern working on the Compensation and Benefits team, you will get valuable insights into the world of compensation and benefits programs. This hands-on experience will give you a solid foundation in the principles and practices of compensation and benefits, preparing you for a future career in HR or related fields. Here are a few key aspects you'll likely explore:
Project Support:
- Gathering relevant information to support project objectives.
- Conducting thorough research on industry trends, data, and best practices.
- Assessing different scenarios and make sound recommendations to various stakeholders.
Compensation Planning:
- Understanding how salary bands and pay ranges are determined.
- Learning about incentive programs and performance-based compensation.
- Analyzing market trends to ensure competitive pay practices.
Employee Benefits:
- Exploring various types of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Studying the impact of benefits on employee satisfaction and retention.
- Assisting in the administration and communication of benefit plans.
Relocation Programs:
- Investigating the components of relocation packages, such as housing allowances, moving expenses, and temporary housing.
- Evaluating the cost-benefit analysis of relocation support.
- Helping to develop and refine policies to support employees during their transition.
Legal and Compliance Aspects:
- Familiarizing yourself with relevant labor laws and regulations that impact compensation and benefits.
- Ensuring all practices adhere to legal standards and company policies.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collecting and analyzing data related to employee compensation and benefits.
- Preparing reports to provide insights to HR leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or assistance from the company

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, completing their degree in December 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience or coursework in benefits, compensation, or HR is a plus but not required.
