The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) San Francisco District is seeking a Management Analyst (Workload Manager) to support engineering and construction projects through workload forecasting, workforce planning, and operational analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze workload trends, resource allocation, and workforce needs for ongoing projects.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to optimize project delivery.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- Strong data analysis, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in workload planning, resource management, or performance tracking is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools preferred.
