Church Marketing Intern- Summer 2025
If you are passionate about all things communication, media, and creativity within the Christian space, this is the internship for you! Help us spread the word of what God is doing through Real Life across our different ministries and campuses across Central Florida through marketing! You’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills and learn new ones as you work alongside leading industry professionals to communicate a variety of campaigns and events. This experience will be tailored to your individual needs to help you identify and develop the gifts God has given you to build His Kingdom.
Basic Requirements:
- Profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior- This is an absolute requirement for all interns.
- Agree with and agree to conduct yourself in alignment with these additional beliefs: real.life/beliefs
- Skills in Canva, Social Media, Copywriting. Writing skills test is required.
- Willing to work with and cooperate with others

Responsibilities:
During the course of the internship you will be engaged with our Communications Department. You will have a mentor who will meet with you weekly, bring you to several of their normal weekly meetings, and assign you projects across various marketing areas. Examples of projects may include creating graphics for social media, writing copy for emails or managing ongoing projects.
General info:
This position can be either remote or in person. Priority is given to candidates who are able to work in-person.
If in-person, expect to be on the Real Life campus at least 3 days per week and work 15-20 hours/week as arranged with your mentor. Typical in-person hours will be amongst Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm as the church office is closed Fridays.
Remote candidates must be in the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones. Hours will be determined by the intern and the mentor.
Pay is $150.00 per week.
