Your Role & Responsibilities• Design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with state standards.
• Foster a classroom culture of high expectations, preparing students for lifelong success.
• Use student data to refine teaching strategies and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and enhance instruction.
• Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication and conferences.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For• A bachelor’s degree and a valid OH teaching certificate/license (or in the process of obtaining one).

• Compensation scale starts at $45,000, and aligns with years of experience, licensure, degrees, etc.
