Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Design Engineer to join our team in Boise. In this role, you’ll be part of a group of skilled professionals dedicated to excellence in structural engineering. You’ll take on projects of varying scope and scale, from initial concept through completion, with the full support of senior management and quality control throughout the process. This is an opportunity to be a key player in projects that have a significant impact while working in an environment designed to reduce stress and foster professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural calculations and detailed engineering designs for a variety of projects.
- Manage construction activities and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project success.
- Participate in proactive quality control measures, with senior management and QC support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to refine our processes and enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
