About the Position:

 

Under the direction and supervision of the Branch A Senior Transportation Engineer, the Transportation Engineer (Civil), Range A-D is responsible for determining that Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) are complete, in conformance with Caltrans standards and government regulations/codes, and satisfactory for the District Director to authorize advertisement and contract award.
