Administrative Intern

Examples of Duties

  • Assist Human Resources staff with general clerical duties and semi-professional HR tasks.

 

  • Participate in special projects, including assisting with the division’s records retention program and researching onboarding practices to streamline the onboarding process.

 

  • Assist in coordinating training classes and workshops.

 

  • Support the development and implementation of a records retention schedule.

Typical Qualifications

 

Education and/or Experience:

Must have a High School diploma or GED and be a student in good standing at an accredited college or university with coursework in public administration, or a closely related field relevant to the assigned department/division.
