Examples of Duties
- Assist Human Resources staff with general clerical duties and semi-professional HR tasks.
- Participate in special projects, including assisting with the division’s records retention program and researching onboarding practices to streamline the onboarding process.
- Assist in coordinating training classes and workshops.
- Support the development and implementation of a records retention schedule.

Typical Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
Must have a High School diploma or GED and be a student in good standing at an accredited college or university with coursework in public administration, or a closely related field relevant to the assigned department/division.
Special Requirement:
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
