Intern, Human Resources

BASIC FUNCTION:

Assist HR Managers with Talent Acquisition efforts and general HR Operations.             

 

WORK PERFORMED:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Perform outreach to colleges and universities with a goal of finding recruitment opportunities to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn and guide them to ADP application process
  • Schedule Interviews 
  • Assist with Intern luncheons and other planned events

Onboarding/Operations:

  • Assist with development and design of enhanced onboarding schedule and 

implementation plan 

  • Preparation of HR central mailbox FAQ’s
  • Assist with updating HR Admin SOP’s 
  • Assist with I-9 verification form process 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education level required: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other related field.

 

Knowledge required: MS Office 365 Suite, Zoom, Webex. Basic customer service skills and excellent written and oral skills.
