BASIC FUNCTION:
Assist HR Managers with Talent Acquisition efforts and general HR Operations.
WORK PERFORMED:
Talent Acquisition:
- Perform outreach to colleges and universities with a goal of finding recruitment opportunities to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn and guide them to ADP application process
- Schedule Interviews
- Assist with Intern luncheons and other planned events

Onboarding/Operations:
- Assist with development and design of enhanced onboarding schedule and
implementation plan
- Preparation of HR central mailbox FAQ’s
- Assist with updating HR Admin SOP’s
- Assist with I-9 verification form process
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education level required: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other related field.
Knowledge required: MS Office 365 Suite, Zoom, Webex. Basic customer service skills and excellent written and oral skills.
