Income Maintenance Caseworker III Lead - Family and Children's Medicaid

Hiring Range:   $43,838.00 - $52,604.00 ($21.08 - $25.29 per hour)

Closing Date: Open Until Filled

 

Description of Work

Coaching, training, and review of work of Income Maintenance staff in the Family and Children’s Medicaid programs. Interviewing applicants and determining initial and ongoing eligibility for Family and Children’s Medicaid and other related programs according to state and federal regulations.

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Ability to use computers and be proficient in Microsoft and web-based programs
  • Ability to meet the public in a professional manner
  • Possess excellent communication skills both orally and in written form
  • Ability to produce a large volume of work accurately and timely
  • Be organized, able to retain information, and make sound decisions
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines

 

Minimum Training and Experience Requirements

Two years of experience as an Income Maintenance Caseworker; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
