Performance Engineer

PerfEngeMS1: ECOM Consulting Inc. has multiple openings for the position for Performance Engineer with Master degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), or any related field with one year experience or suitable qualifications. Duties: Interact with user groups and identify the test requirements; Perform functional, regression, and system testing using manual & automation testing tools - Python & Selenium web driver, data drive testing; Develop testing tools for test management and automation; Develop the automation programs and prepare the test systems for automated tests; Writing complex SQL queries to validate data integrity; Performing browser and platform compatibility testing in a virtual machine environment, verifying fixed bugs; Extensive hands-on experience with performance engineering, including the use of JMeter, or similar tools, as well as profiling tools; Ability to find the root cause of performance bottlenecks with profiling tools; Expert in distributed computing systems and stack; Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the automation strategy and framework; Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases; Provide analytical support to the development teams and other key stakeholders; Provide estimations for the test efforts, UAT, and release testing; Compile test summary results (sit, regression, compliance & UAT) for the project/implementation to be deployed in production; Plan and handle the ad-hoc testing requests for run time issues that occur in production; Responsible for creating as well as maintaining the requirement traceability matrix.  Location: 2828 W.
