SEGENEC12: ECOM Consulting Inc. has multiple openings for the position for Software Engineer with Master degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), or any related field with one year experience or suitable qualifications. Duties: Work in all the stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC) like requirements specifications, review, test documentation, application testing, and defect reporting; Develop generic graphs and plans that can run for any region which validates and pushes the files to downstream application streams; Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle; Experience in structured methodologies for developing, designing, implementing, and maintaining applications; Experience in design, coding, testing, debugging, and document applications; Experience in the use of object and third-generation language development tools; Experience in one or more programming languages Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting; Build shell scripts for automation of environment setup, wrapper scripts for process, batch execution, and other process; Design and develop a Sftp process using ab initio, to push the files to the downstream application process; Develop stored procedures using scripts to generate unique values; Transform data based on business requirements and load it into the Teradata database; Interact with developers, testers, and users to analyze the business requirements and functional specifications; Analyze requirements, and system design and prepare test strategy; Create test script, function creation, and HTML report generation; Perform defect tracking & management.  Location: 2828 W. Parker Rd. Plano TX 75075. Job may require some travel in the US with expenses paid by employer, 40 hrs. per week. Relocation available. Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States.
