Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate communication solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and sales objectives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
- Stay up to date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and networking events as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients
- Basic understanding of sales principles or a willingness to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
