We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate communication solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and sales objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
  • Stay up to date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and networking events as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients
  • Basic understanding of sales principles or a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software (training provided)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
