Real Estate Title Researcher Examiner

Chicago Title provides title insurance, underwriting, escrow and closing services to residential, commercial and industrial clients, lenders, developers, attorneys, real estate professionals and consumers. 

We are seeking a motivated individual eager to learn the real estate industry and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service.  

Title examiners analyze legal documents associated with real estate ownership, such as deeds, titles and mortgages to determine ownership and verify access and prepare various title reports listing requirements and exceptions on the title insurance commitment necessary to insure the real estate per underwriting standards. 

Candidates must be detail orientated, enjoy research and solving puzzles.
