DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Nightly food preparation and cooking.
- Setup and cleanup of the food prep area & equipment, food expeditor, prep work for the next shift.
- Transporting prepared food to the appropriate locations for use.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Work a minimum of 3 nights a week/weekend.
- Be comfortable working in close quarters inside a hot/humid environment.
- Have some knowledge of proper cleaning/sanitation or be willing to learn.
- Previous food prep work is preferred.
