As we scale, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to strengthen our AI startup ecosystem, expand strategic partnerships, and help Fortune 2000 companies integrate AI into their core operations. If you’re passionate about AI, business strategy, and driving meaningful impact, this role is for you.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be at the intersection of AI, startups, and enterprise innovation, helping to expand our AI ecosystem and drive adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions. Your work will include market analysis, partnership development, sales strategy, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Ecosystem Growth – Build relationships with GenAI startups, investors, and enterprise leaders to drive innovation and collaboration.
• Market Research & Strategy – Track AI trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and provide strategic insights to inform go-to-market efforts.
• Partnership & Deal Execution – Identify, engage, and nurture partnerships with AI startups and Fortune 2000 companies, supporting business development initiatives.
• Enterprise AI Adoption – Work with Fortune 2000 clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored AI-driven solutions.
• Event & Community Leadership – Support and coordinate AI-focused events, hackathons, and networking initiatives to expand our reach and engagement.
• Sales & Revenue Growth – Assist in lead generation, business development, and deal execution, working closely with senior BD leaders to close opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interest in AI, GenAI, and AGI – A passion for understanding AI trends and their business applications.
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills – Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical & strategic mindset – Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market trends and provide actionable insights.
• Self-starter with adaptability – Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can manage multiple priorities.
