Showroom Sales Associate
We have a great opportunity to join our Showroom Sales Team at our Hudson, WI branch. This is an on-site position that will provide quotes, sales and service, and will work with internal and external customers to ensure company goals are met and long-term positive customer relationships are cultivated.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors through effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage customer orders, including writing orders, overseeing submittal, shipping, expediating, billing, credits/returns, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Supports daily showroom operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing space.
- Acts as a project manager for the client throughout the construction stage, including coordinating the design on-site while working with architects and other design professionals.
- Provide feedback on pricing, service, products, customer needs, and handle customer feedback and follow-up.
- Participate in sales meetings, vendor training, and collaborate with other departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Demonstrates competence in trends, aesthetics, features, functionality and application of all product lines while committing to continuous learning on products and trends.
- Maintain accurate inventory management to control product levels including cycle counts.
- Participate in market research and analysis to inform market planning, strategy implementation, and lead generation.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Degree in business or interior design preferred.
Experience and/or Training
- 3-5 years of sales experience – preferably in retail/direct and/or showroom experience.
- Education in plumbing, lighting, home design or equivalent experience ideal.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and personable professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and collaborates within a multi-functional team.
- A dedicated passion for providing external and internal customer service.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with MS applications.
Licenses/Certificates
- Valid US Driver’s license and reliable transportation
