Be part of the Roughing It team!

Use various software and database programs to process new registrations, track enrollment, order supplies, and manage receipts and statements. You will supervise staff both in the office and “in the field” and will provide feedback and written evaluations to your employees. See our website for more information!

Job Details

  • 2025 Camp Season: Mon-Fri, June 16, 2025 through Aug 8, 2025
  • Camp Hours: The camp day is 9:00am-3:00pm. Most positions are 43-47 hours/week.
  • Location: Our main camp site is at the Lafayette Reservoir. Our swimming site is at the Soda Aquatic Center in Moraga. Staff commute to their work site unless they are a bus counselor who meets the bus at its first stop.
