Marketing Intern

AAA is hiring for a Marketing Intern to join our team! As an intern at AAA, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, receive mentorship by industry leaders, and participate in activities designed to support your personal and professional development.

The Marketing Internship provides an opportunity for students currently pursuing a marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, partnership marketing, or communications-related degree to get hands on experience working with a marketing team. You will contribute to projects and advance our existing programs. We are looking for talented and inquisitive students that are excited about making an impact at an organization. You will be able to make real decisions, focus on real work, and initiate real results. 

This is a paid internship that will work on a hybrid schedule (onsite & remote) and will be based in Wilmington.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, implementation, and execution of partnership marketing strategies and campaigns, including sports partnerships
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to track, assess, and analyze marketing data
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be a rising junior or higher working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related degree.
  • Able to commit to a full-time schedule for the duration of the program (June 2 – August 8, 2025; 10 weeks; 37.5hrs/week)
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
