Member Account Representative

This is a full-time position in our Fall Creek Office location. This position offers the right candidate a great opportunity to build a foundation and grow in to a career in the financial services industry. Member Account Representative’s serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. They provide account information by phone or in person on the full range of credit union products and services. They open new and service existing share accounts and consumer loans. They also assist with front-line Member Service Representative duties as needed.

An ideal candidate will have excellent communication, customer service, relationship building, and sound decision making skills. Basic mathematical and computer skills are essential. Related financial and/or cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
